DFM Russia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Russia Company”) was established by Dongfeng Motor Company Ltd. in 2011. In 2013, Russia Company was purchased by China Dongfeng Motor Industry Import and Export Co. Ltd Company (hereinafter referred to as “China Dongfeng Motor Industry Imp. & Exp.”) and increased the capital of RUB 70,000,000, being the wholly-owned subsidiary of China Dongfeng Motor Industry Imp. & Exp.

Russia Company’s main businesses include certification of Dongfeng vehicles, and sale of vehicles and parts, promotion and support of Dongfeng products in Russia market, after-sales service of Dongfeng vehicles and business training for the dealers, and promotion and publicity of Dongfeng brand in the overseas market.
